As Principal + Product Designer, I led a full redesign of the MVP:

• ran competitor analysis and benchmarked summary services and loyalty programs;

• rebuilt the entire user flow from scratch – from search and book selection to reading, quizzes and redeeming points;

• defined the app's visual language and art direction;

• built prototypes and prepared the designs for developer handoff.
